摘    要:叙述了冷轧辊用钢的冶炼工艺的发展,锻造冷轧辊、电渣熔铸轧辊、电渣熔铸复合轧辊、铸造轧辊的工艺特点和轧辊质量及热处理工艺——整体淬火和感应淬火对轧辊质量的影响。随着冶炼技术的发展,钢纯洁度的提高,特别是电渣重熔技术的采用,锻造冷轧辊的质量显著提高。由于高铬铸铁、高速钢等轧辊材料的使用和电渣熔铸等技术的发展,铸造轧辊技术得到了快速发展。

Abstract:The development of metallurgy process of steel for cold rolls, the process features and roll quality of forging cold rolls, ESR casting rolls, ESR compound casting rolls and casting rolls, and the effect of heat treatment process - whole quenching and induction quenching on roll quality are presented in this paper. With development of metallurgy technology and increasing of cleanliness of steel, especially application of ESR casting technology, the quality of cold rolls increased obviously. With use of high chromium cast iron and high speed steel for rolls and development of ESR casting technology, the casting roll technology has been developed quickly.
