| 摘 要： | 数控加工技术已得到广泛应用,如数控铣削、镗削、车削、线切割、电火花加工等.为了使数控设备达到预期的加工效果,编制高质量的数控加工程序是必不可少的.利用UG软件建立零件的几何模型,可以交互式地模拟演示材料按数控刀轨数据被去除的过程,可迅速自动生成数控代码,缩短编程人员的编程时间,提高程序的正确性和安全性,降低生产成本,提高工作效率.
