高能气体压裂中井温的动态预测

摘    要:本文着重研究了高能气体压裂过程中,井温随时间的变化规律。用爆炸力学的计算方法,对美国提供的实测资料进行了理论计算,得出了可以直接定量计算和预测在实际的压力-时间变化规律下对应的温度-时间变化规律。研究结果与美国及原苏联的研究结果基本符合,证明爆燃石井下温度远低于火药爆然时的瞬时温度。文中指出,改变与控制点火方式就可以控制燃烧速度及爆压值,进而达到控制井温的目的,利用井温的变化过程可以找到井下解堵的办法等。这些为高能气体压裂的现场实施提供了理论依据。

THE DYNAMIC PREDETERMINATION OF WELL TEMPERATURE IN HIGH ENERGY GAS FRACTURE
Abstract:This paper studies emphatically the variation laws of well temperature with the time in high energy gas fracture.The measured data published by USA are processed by the computation method of explosion mechanics,and the method to calculate and predetermine quantitatively the variation laws of temperature with time is obtained in the light of that of pressure with time.The study results in this paper,which tally basically with that of USA and the former Soviet Union,show that the downhole temperature after explosion is far lower the instantaneous temperature when the gunpower explodes.This paper points out that we can control the burning rate and detonation pressure by changing the ignition pattern,and the control the well temperature,and that we can seek the way to remove the plugging applying the variation process of well temperature.These results provide theorical basis for the field applications of high energy gas fracture.
