摘    要:活塞是柴油机的重要组成部件,承受着很高的热负荷,活塞的温度场可以直观的展现活塞温度及其热流分布,为活塞的设计和优化指明方向。本文利用Pro/ENGINEER4.0进行建模,结合Ansys11.0对C6190ZLC-A柴油机活塞温度场进行了分析。对柴油机活塞边界条件进行了研究。通过有限元分析,得出了活塞温度的分布情况,并与测量值进行了比较,得出计算的结果符合活塞实际温度的分布。

Finite Element Analysis on Temperature Distribution of C6190ZLC- A Diesel Engine Piston

Abstract:The piston as an important component of the diesel engine has to receive high thermal load. The temperature distribution may show virtually the temperature and heat flux distribution in the piston, therefore, providing a guidance for designing and optimizing of the piston. This paper builds a model using the Pro/ENGINEER4 and analyzes the temperature distribution of C6190ZLC - A diesel engine with Ansysl 1.0 and gives researches on the boundary conditions of the diesel en- gine. Also, the paper concludes the state of the temperature distribution of the piston and compares the calculated values to the measured values, the results shows that the calculated values complies with the actual temperature distribution in the piston.
