| 摘 要： | 洞头县的防汛信息化基础设施主要包括防汛信息采集系统、全球眼远程监视系统、防汛水利信息网络等，建立了实时水雨情预警系统、台风信息管理系统、防汛综合信息管理系统、防汛远程视频会商系统、防汛信息网上发布系统等多个软件应用系统平台，针对洞头防汛信息化建设中存在的问题，提出了完善防汛信息化建设规划、加强基础设施的建设、开发防汛智能分析系统等思路和建议．

| Abstract: | The flood control information system infrastructure of Dongtou County is introduced in the paper, including flood control information collection system, global remote monitoring system, water conservancy information networks and so on. Some special soft application system platforms are also analyzed, such as real time rain condition pre-warming system, typhoon information management system, fold control comprehensive information management system, fold control remote video conference system, and fold control information online publishing system. Other aspects on flood control information system construction in Dongtou County are also talked about in the perspectives of the improvement of flood control informa- tization construction, the planning of infrastructure construction and the development of flood control intelligent analysis system. |
