旋涡气流光整加工数值模拟与试验研究

摘    要:运用CFD软件Fluent对具有3个喷嘴旋涡头的等直径圆管内速度流场进行了数值模拟,并通过试验观察不同位置处随加工时间变化孔表面粗糙度的变化情况,结果与模拟一致,为该工艺的进一步研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract:This paper is mainly written about numerical simulation of swirling flow velocity field in even diameter hole combined with the swirling flow head which have three nozzles by using CFD software FLUENT. The change of velocity on inner surface of the model is analyzed at different positions, and the change of roughness of inner surface is observed by tests for even diameter hole, then the result is the same with numerical simulation that provides a theoretical basis for further research of this finishing process.
