| 摘 要： | 叙述了气门顶杆热挤压模失效形式。通过几种热加工模具材料的对比试验 ,并借助扫描电镜、显微镜观察 ,分析了气门顶杆热挤压模的微观组织 ,指出影响模具寿命的因素 ,从而为提高热挤压模具寿命提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The inaction ways of the hot extrusion die of the valve stem have been analyzed.Several materials of hot extrusion have been selected for test.The microstructure of hot extrusion die has been observed and investigated by means of SEM and Microscope.The results have been revealed the reasons that influence the longevity hence providing the basic theory of improving the longevity of the extrusion die. |
