熔融水热法合成A型沸石及其吸附性能研究

摘    要:以略阳粉煤灰为原料,在粉煤灰中加入Al(OH),固体和NaOH固体,研究熔融温度对试样物相的影响,水热时间对合成A型沸石的影响。结果表明在700℃保温1h物相为硅铝酸钠,在800℃保温1h有霞石产生;在80℃,水热2h,合成A型沸石;水热3h后,有方钠石生成;水热9h,产物主要为方钠石。对A型沸石、天然沸石和粉煤灰吸附性能进行了研究,结果表明:合成的A型沸石吸附能力最好,吸附率为99.83%。

Abstract:The effect on melting temprature for phase and on hydrothermal time for zeolite A synthesized are study using fly ash, aluminium hydroxide and Sodium Hydroxide as raw material. The results indicate that the crystal phase was mutation Sodium Aluminum Silicate at 700℃ in 1 h, and Nepheline was products at 800℃ in 1 h. Fly zeolite A was synthesis at hydrothermal 2 h, Sodalite was producted at hydrothermal 3 h, and all production was Sodalite at hydrothermal 9 h. And the adsorption ability of zeolite A, the natural zeolite, and fly ash were study. The result indicate that the zeolite A adsorption ability is best. It was adsorption rate is 99.83%.
