| 摘 要： | TiO2 氧传感器具有体积小、结构简单、使用方便、价格低廉和性能好等优点,在环境监测、锅炉节能等方面有着广泛的应用。详细论述了TiO2 氧敏特性,TiO2 氧敏元件的制备方法,提出了存在的问题及相应的改进措施,并对今后的发展前景作了展望。

| Abstract: | TiO_2 oxygen sensor has the advantage of small volume,simple structure,convenient application,low price,excellent performance and so on.Thus,it is widely applied in the fields of environmental monitoring,energy conservation of boiler,etc.The properties of TiO_2 oxygen-sensing,the preparation methods of TiO_2 oxygen sensor,the existing problems and corresponding improving measures,development prospect in future are reviewed in detail. |
