玻纤增强PP挤出吹塑成型性能研究

摘    要:通过熔体流动速率测试及转距流变实验,分析确定了不同含量玻纤增强聚丙烯(PP)的挤出吹塑成型加工性能及加工工艺。得出了不同含量玻纤增强PP挤出吹塑制件的最小壁厚的参考值。通过玻纤在挤出吹塑成型过程中的流动取向及对制件断面形貌的观察表明,玻纤增强PP的挤出吹塑成型工艺是可行性的。

Abstract:By measuring MFR and torque rheological property, the processing property and processing technique of the extrusion blow molding of GF/PP with different content of glass-fibre were determined. The minimum reference value of the wall thickness of GF/PP products with different content of GF was obtained. The microscopic observational result of flowing orientation of GF in extrusion blow molding and SEM observational result of cross-sectional morphology of products showed that the process of the extrusion blow molding of GF/PP was feasible.
