有限元分析中求解装载机前车架载荷的研究

摘    要:基于有限元分析中杆单元容易求解的特点,介绍并运用了实体转化成桁架的原理和技术,并以装载机为例在CAE有限元分析中把装载机实体模型转化成桁架模型,进而使用杆单元进行网格划分和求解.通过与实体单元求解过程比较表明:把实体转化成桁架求解具有建模简单、划分单元少、求解快等优点.

Abstract:The principium and technique of transforming solid to truss is introduced and applied based on feature of easy solution using bar element in finite element analysis. Loader solid model is transformed truss model in the finite element analysis of CAE as an example, and then the model is meshed and solved by bar element. It is indicated that the way of transforming solid to truss in solution has many merits such advantages as easily modeling and easily meshing and few elements and short solving time by comparing with solution in solid element.
