| 摘 要： | 以肌醇六磷酸酯、丙烯酰胺、谷氨酸为主体原料,研制了一种环保型水基防锈剂,通过正交试验确定其最佳配比,并对其防锈时间进行了测试,结果表明该防锈剂具有优良的防锈性能.为提高防锈剂的成膜质量,在其中添加了高分子成膜剂,其中的马丙共聚物不但使防锈膜更加均匀,而且进一步延长了防锈时间,使中性盐雾实验时间接近50 min.

| Abstract: | With lipositol?acrylamide and glutamate as main materials, aqueous antirusting agent of type of environmental protection is prepared .The best components of it are determined by means of quadarature experiments, and its antirusting time is measured as well.The result shows that this antirusting agent have excellent rust-proof performance.In order to raise film-forming quality of antirusting agent ,film-forming agents of high polymer are added into it ,and of which,polymer of maleate with acrylic ,not only makes antirusting film more even ,but also lengthens antirusting time further ,and makes neutral salt-mist experiment close to 50 minutes. |
