摘    要:探究了一种光亮碱性锌镍合金的电镀工艺,镀液的基本组成为:ZnO,NiSO4,NaOH和三乙醇胺.采用中性盐雾试验方法测量了两种不同的钝化层的耐蚀性能.结果表明,低铬彩色钝化工艺,获得了光亮度好、连续的彩色钝化膜,具有较高的耐腐蚀性能.

Abstract:An alkalescency electroplating technology of Zn-Ni Alloy was studied.The alkaline plating bath of zine-nickel alloy contained ZnO,NiSO4,NaOH and triethanolamine(TEA).The corrosion resistance of Zn-Ni alloy coating layer after two different kinds of passivation was studied by salt spray testing.The results showed that low-chrome colorful passivation could form a bright and consecutive film with excellent corrosion resistance.
