摘    要:采用DGMI系列直线式压下螺丝位移测量仪可以直接测量轧机的电动辊缝,为高精度的电动辊缝控制(EGC)提供了依据.通过对位置控制特征曲线的研究,分别给出了提高定位精度和定位速度的参数调整方法.该技术在河北敬业集团中厚板轧机上取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract:The electric gap of a rolling mill can be measured directly by using DGMI linear position transducer of screw,which provides a basis for high-accuracy electric gap control(EGC).Methods for adjusting the parameters to improve the positioning accuracy and speed have been proposed by investigating the position control characteristic curve of EGC.Good results obtained in the plate mill of Hebei Jingye Group reveal the effectiveness of the technology.
