| 摘 要： | 重点介绍10t门式起重机的总体与主梁设计。在总体设计中，充分考虑利用原来旧起重机的材料，达到节约能源的目的。在主梁的设计中，通过对主梁在各工况下的载荷计算，对主梁的强度以及刚度进行综合分析，得到合理的设计参数。

| Abstract: | The paper presents how the 10 t gantry crane and its main girder are designed and it gives full consideration to the use of the materials from the scrap crane,just for energy-saving.It also analyzes the main girder's strength and stiffness through the load calculation in various conditions to obtain the reasonable design parameters. |
