配气机构动态数据处理系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种用于内燃机配气机构试验研究的高速数据采集及处理系统。该系统的要集器以发动机曲轴转角信号为采样脉冲,可精确地控制采样区间,使采样在发动机工作循环周期的指定区段进行,能满足发动机动态数据高速采样及处理的要求。同时介绍了系统具有特色的一些处理方法,包括数字滤波技术、连分式积分技术等,并结合发动机配气机的机构动态参数的测试,给出了采样及实例。

Abstract:A high speed data sampling and processing system applied to investagation of engine valve train is introduced. The data sampler of the systemmakes use of engine crank angle signals as sampling pulse, it can control thesampling range accurately and make it possible to sample in designated range ofengine working cycle, thus meeting the requirement for high speed sampling andprocessing of dynamic data. Some distinguished data processing methods are alsointroduced in this paper, e. g. digital filtering, continued fraction integration etc.Several data sampling and processing examples are given combined with the measurement of engine valve train's dynamic parameters.
