| 摘 要： | 智能安全防御系统是智能电网的基础保障和重要特征。不同调度层面电网安全防御系统的构建、协调整合,是构筑适应国家电网特高压互联大电网安全稳定要求的智能协调防御体系的恰当途径。本文针对诸如重点城市等负荷中心电网特点,讨论了此类重要小受端智能电网安全防御系统的开发。最后介绍近期开发的一个试点实例,该地区安全防御系统已初步形成了地区和上一级省调安全防御系统的协调接口,实现了地区级安全防御系统框架和初步的安全预警功能。
