铸件模数Mc对A357合金二次枝晶臂间距及致密度的影响

摘    要:研究试样直径和铸件模数Mc与铸件二次枝晶臂间(SDAS)的关系,通过测试A357合金不同凝固条件下铸件不同部位的SDAS,得出砂型铸造凝固条件下SDAS与铸件模数M之间的关系式。研究了铸件模数等对铸件致密度的影响,确定了获得高致密度铸件的合理的凝固条件。

Abstract:The relationships of specimen diameter, modulus of casting ( M c) and secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS) of casting were studied. The relative equation of SDAS and modulus of casting under the condition of sand casting was obtained through testing the SDAS of different section of A357 alloy castings under various solidification conditions. The effect of solidification condition on casting densification was also investigated and the reasonable solidification condition for high densification castings was determined.
