微合金高强度钢热变形阻力试验研究

摘    要:借助Gleeble-2000型热模拟试验机,研究了微合金高强度钢在热变形过程中变形阻力与变形温度、变形程度和应变速率之间的关系,并分析了加热温度对晶粒度的影响。结果表明:微合金元素的存在能显著提高钢的高温变形抗力,在道次压下量较大的降温轧制过程中,微合金元素含量越多或强度级别越高,钢对变形阻力越敏感;合微合金元素与不合微合金元素的钢种相比,其变形阻力对变形速率的敏感性略强。

Abstract:The relationship of deformation resistance,degree and rate was studied by means of Gleeble-2000 thermal simulator.The effect of heating temperature on austenitic grain size was analyzed.The micro alloy element niobium or/and vanadium would distinctly enhance the deformation resistance of the high strength micro alloy (HSMA)steel at high temperature,which would be benefit for controlling the rolling and cooling of HSMA steel. The more the micro alloy element in the HSMA steel or the higher the tensile strength of the HSMA steel,the more sensitive to deformationin resistance under a big deformation degree during cooling process.
