| 摘 要： | 系统地介绍了医用羊毛脂的精炼工艺研究。通过添加三元精炼剂，优化酸化、精炼、沉降、脱色、洗涤和脱水等工艺条件，可生产医用羊毛脂制品。本工艺与传统的溶剂法相比，具有纯度高、成本低、生产工艺简单等优点，其下脚料可进一步用来生产二价羊毛酸盐，广泛用于金属防锈、润滑等行业，从而解决了下脚料污染环境的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with a method of refining wool fat for medicine.By using a triple-component refining agent,through acidification,refining,settlement,crocking,washing and dehydration,high-quality lanolin will be produced.Comparing to the traditional method of refining wool fat,using this method,the purity of lanolin is higher,the cost is lower and the operation is more convenient.The waste product of this method can be used to produce diatomic lanolin salt wich can be used in rust-proof and lubrication,therefore,the problem of polluting is resolved. |
