16MnR低合金钢与BFe30-1-1异种材料的焊接

摘    要:介绍了某海洋工程中热交换器上所用的水盖封头的制造焊接工艺,分析了16MnR低合金钢与BFe30-1—1铁白铜异种材料焊接的工艺特点,针对16MnR与BFe30-1—1的焊接接头和16MnR与BFe30-1—1复合钢板的焊接接头进行焊接工艺评定试验,并将焊接工艺参数应用于实际产品的组焊中,产品的制造达到设计工程要求。

Abstract:This paper introduced manufacturing and welding process of the water head in the heating exchanger, and analyzed the characteristics of welding process between the low alloy carbon steel (16MnR) and copper alloy (BFe30-1-1) as well as the welding process qualification test was done and the welding process for butt weld between 16MnR and BFe30-1-1 and the welding process for butt weld of the composite plate were worked out. The manufacture of the actual products illustrates that it is effective to use this welding process and satisfied to meet technical requirements.
