| 摘 要： | 结合工艺人员参与石家庄炼油厂0.8Mt／a重油催化裂化装置FOXBORO公司I／A’S51DCS系统组态全过程的体会，提出工艺人员应在硬件的选择与配置，流程图组态，DCS高级和先进功能的初级应用等方面充分发挥自身的作用，与仪表人员协调配合，以期实现DCS组态的高水平。

| Abstract: | Combining the experiments of process engineers taking part in the combination of I/A' S 51 DCS system of FOXBORO Company in the 800000t/yr RFCCU in Shijiazhuang Refinery, it is suggested that the process engineers should bring their own potentials into full play in following aspects: (1 ) selection and allocation of hardwares; (2) combining of process flow diagrams; (3) primary application of advanced characteristics of DCS etc. In addition,process engineers should coordinate with instrumentation engineers to realize the advanced combination of DCS. |
