摘    要:以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚为原料,通过桥联化反应、环构化反应、水解反应和成盐反应合成了2,2′-亚甲基-双(4,6-二叔丁基苯氧基)磷酸钠,再采用超声沉降技术制备了一种细微化有机磷酸盐成核剂;采用正交实验优化了细微化有机磷酸盐成核剂的工艺条件;用该成核剂对聚丙烯进行改性。正交实验结果表明,细微化有机磷酸盐成核剂的优化工艺条件为:有机溶剂与水的质量比为90∶10,超声振荡60min,超声频率70kHz,未细微化有机磷酸盐的质量分数为25%。改性实验结果表明,成核剂添加量(基于聚丙烯的质量)为0.1%时,改性聚丙烯的弯曲模量可提高30.17%,缺口抗冲强度可提高109.25%。

Abstract:2,2′-Methylene bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenol) sodium phosphate was synthesized from 2,4-bis-tert-butyl phenol through a series of chemical reactions,namely bridging reaction,cyclization,hydrolysis and neutralization reaction.Then,ultrafine particles of the synthesized organic phosphate,which was used as polypropylene nucleating agent,was prepared by ultrasonic technology.The modification of polypropylene with the obtained nucleating agent resulted in that bending modulus and notch impact strength of the modified polypropylene were heightened by 30.17% and 109.25% respectively when the nucleating agent dosage was 0.1%(based on polypropylene mass).Through orthogonal experiments,the optimized conditions for preparation of the ultrafine particles of organic phosphate nucleating agent were obtained: mass ratio of organic solvent to water 90 ∶10,ultrasonic duration 60 min and ultrasonic frequency 70 kHz,mass fraction of organic phosphate(based on mass of polypropylene) is 25%.
