聚合物接枝多壁碳纳米管及其聚氨酯复合材料

摘    要:用H202-FeS04试剂和硅烷偶联剂KH550制备了氨基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),再通过与顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯的聚合物反应将聚合物接枝到MWCNTs表面,并将其与聚氨酯(RJ)混合制备了复合材料。通过红外光谱、拉曼光谱、热重分析、扫描电镜及力学和电性能测试研究了原料配比对聚合物接枝率的影响,改性MWCNTs的结构及其复合材料的性能。结果表明,MA与(甲基)丙烯酸酯的物质的量比为1:8时,聚合物的接枝率最高。改性MWCNTs在PU基材中具有良好的分散性能和较强的界面结合力。加入质量分数1.5%的改性MWCNTs后,其PU复合材料的拉伸强度和储能模量分别为25.2和4500MPa,比未改性MWCNTs/PU复合材料分别提高了25%和50%,初始热分解温度提高了4.4℃,体积电阻率降低了2个数量级。

Abstract:The aminated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were prepared using H2O2-FeS04 reagent and silane coupling agent KH550,and then reacted with the polymer of maleic anhydride(MA)/methyl methacrylate/butyl acrylate.The polymer was grafted onto the surface of MWCNTs and the modified MWCNTs was mixed with polyurethane(PU)to prepare composites.The effects of raw material ratio on the grafting ratio of polymers,the structure of modified MWCNTs and the properties of their composites were studied by infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy,and mechanical and electrical performance tests.The results showed that the graft ratio of the polymer was highest when the ratio of the amount of MA to(meth)acrylate was 1:8.The modified MWCNTs had good dispersing properties and strong interfacial binding force in PU substrates.After adding 1.5wt%of modified MWCNTs,the tensile strength and storage modulus of its PU composites were 25.2 and 4500 MPa,respectively,which were 25% and 50% higher than the unmodified MWCNTs/PU composites.The thermal decomposition temperature was increased by 4.4℃,and the volume resistirity was decreased by two orders of magnitude.
