DIY印染用多色胶囊的制备及性能研究

借鉴微胶囊制作原理及制备工艺,以海藻酸钠与壳聚糖为壁材,染料或涂料为芯材,制作多色胶囊应用于DIY染色。讨论了海藻酸钠用量、壳聚糖用量、黏合剂用量、染料与氯化钠复配比、温度等对产品性能的影响。通过单因素实验得出优化制备工艺为:海藻酸钠1.0%,壳聚糖0.5%,染料与氯化钠质量比1.0∶2.7,不添加黏合剂,温度30℃。采用一步法制备的多色胶囊成型性好、出色率高,DIY产品各项色牢度均优良。

Preparation and properties of multicolor capsules for DIY printing and dyeing

Based on the principle and preparation technology of microcapsules, using alginate and chitosan as wall material, dye or coating as core material, the multicolor capsule was made and used in DIY dyeing. The effects of the dosages of sodium alginate, chitosan and adhesive, the compound ratio of dye and sodium chloride,temperature on the properties of the product were discussed. The optimum preparation process determined by single factor experiment was as follows: sodium alginate 1.0%, chitosan 0.5%, the ratio of dye to sodium chloride 1.0∶2.7, without binder, temperature 30 ℃. The multicolor capsules prepared by one-step method had good formability, high color generating rate, and the DIY products had excellent color fastness.
