摘    要:提高黏胶/棉混纺织物活性染料深色印花面料的耐摩擦色牢度是一个综合性问题,必须从坯布品质、前处理效果、染料选用、色浆制备、工艺优化等方面加以控制,提高染料与纤维的固着率,最大限度地减少物理吸附状态的染料量。结合工厂实际工艺,首先分析前处理、印花、后整理工艺流程、助剂及工艺配方对耐湿摩擦色牢度的影响;其次针对影响耐湿摩擦色牢度的主要原因提出具体解决方案;最后通过调整后整理湿摩牢度提升剂、固色剂和柔软剂类型,有序施加工艺流程,以期最大程度地提高耐湿摩擦色牢度和手感。

Abstract:Improving the color fastness to rubbing of reactive dye dark printing viscose/cotton blend fabrics was a comprehensive issue, which must be controlled from the aspects of grey fabric quality, pretreatment effect, dye selection, color paste preparation, process optimization, etc., so as to improve the fixation rate of dye and fiber and minimize the dye amount in physical adsorption state. Combined with the actual process of the factory, the influences of pretreatment, printing, finishing process, additives and process formula on the color fastness to wet-robbing was analyzed. Secondly, the detailed solution to the main factor affecting the color fastness to wet-robbing was given. Finally, adjust the types of wet rubbing fastness enhancer, fixing agent and softener, and apply the technological process in order to improve the color fastness to wet-robbing and hand feeling to the greatest extent.
