摘    要:针对国内燃煤电厂发、供标准煤耗率正平衡计量准确性差、数据波动大等问题,本文提出了一种全新的标准煤耗率计量方法。此方法以锅炉燃烧空气及烟气量为基础,无需燃煤发热量,对煤样代表性要求也不高,即可比较准确地计算出标准煤耗率。实际计算及验证结果表明,按照本文所述计算方法得到的供电标准煤耗值与煤耗查定试验测定值比较接近,最大偏差2.06百分点。该方法既可用于燃煤电厂标准煤耗计算,也可用于入炉煤发热量软测量计算、机组能耗实时在线监测等方面,将对燃煤电厂成本核算、节能管理、配煤掺烧及运行优化等产生积极的影响。

Abstract:To solve the problem of poor accuracy of measurement in standard coal consumption rate and great fluctuation of data using positive balance method for electricity generation and supplying in domestic coal-fired power plants,a novel measurement method of standard coal consumption rate is proposed.By using this method,the standard coal consumption flow can be calculated more accurately according to the combustion air and flue gas flow in the boiler under the condition of lack of calorific value of coal and possessing low requirement of coal sample representative.The actual calculation and verification test result show that,the difference between the standard coal consumption rate for electricity supply and coal consumption rate obtained by the actual measurement is very small and the maximum deviation is 2.06 percentage points.This method can be applied to not only the calculation of standard coal consumption in coal-fired power plants and soft measurement of calorific value of charging coal,but also the real-time on-line monitoring of energy consumption of plant unit.There is a positive influence on cost accounting,energy-saving management,coal-blending and operation optimization in coal-fired power plants.
