摘    要:针对涂活共浆高目数印花塞网问题进行分析,利用超景深视频显微镜对镍网及堵网物质进行观察,同时查阅相关资料,分析涂活共浆浆料的配方。结果显示,引起塞网的重要原因之一为活性染料糊料与涂料黏合剂相容性差,引起黏合剂乳胶粒子破乳归并,造成黏合剂交联成膜。根据所得分析结论优化活性染料糊料的配方,制备出适用于高精度印花的高透网性印花糊料DT-8。运用DT-8进行方块件套生产实验,5000 m不需要停车刷网,同时印花布面得色量增加,饱和度上升,布面均匀度好。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the problem of high mesh number printing mesh blocking of coating and reactive dye coslurry,the super depth video microscope was used to observe the nickel mesh and the blocking materials,and the related data were also reviewed to analyze the formula of coating and reactive dye coslurry.The results showed that one of the important reasons for the blocking mesh was the poor compatibility between reactive dye paste and coating adhesive,which caused demulsification and merging of adhesive emulsion particles and mesh blocking for adhesive film forming.According to the analysis results,the formula of reactive dye paste was optimized to prepare DT-8 of high permeability,which was suitable for high-precision printing.DT-8 was used in the production experiment of the block set.There was no need to stop to brush mesh for 5000 m.At the same time,the color depth of the printed cloth surface increased,the saturation value rose and the uniformity of the cloth surface was good.
