Research on the Development of Supply Chain System of the Japanese Milk Industry

The coordinated development of the milk industry is one of the important foundations of maintaining the national health system.According to the relevant data of Japan's Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries Province and Milk Industry Association,this paper analyzes the development mechanism and market corresponding strategy of its post-war milk industry from the perspective of supply chain.The results showed that the rapid development of Japanese milk industry benefited from the support and guidance of relevant government policies;The establishment of a national organization system of agricultural associations has formed a group type milk price negotiation system,which further guarantees the characteristics of milk circulation and the rights and interests of milk farmers;The implementation of strict quality management system ensures the safety of milk and its products from dairy farmers to market circulation mechanism;We adjust production and supply based on market demand,maintain good production order and competition order,which ensure the market to adjust the balance state and to bring benefit to all parties in the supply chain。
