导热油循环供热系统在热定型机中的应用

摘    要:讨论了导热油循环供热系统中注入式系统流程与抽吸式系统流程的组成和特点,分析了导热油液相供热系统与气相供热系统的构造及操作方式,列出了使用不同燃料与不同热源供热方式的热定型机和焙烘机的能耗成本,给出了液相供热系统中单台热定型机和多台热定型机的使用方法和注意事项,分析了印染行业中采用导热油液相集中供热方式的热定型机内导热油的温度控制及循环系统阻力降,总结了气相供热系统自然循环方式和强制循环方式的构成和关键技术,研究了导热油敞开式循环系统与封闭式循环系统的构成及技术要求,讨论了导热油循环供热系统中导热油输出温度的稳定性,并采用智能化控制自动调节导热油流量,从而缩小热定型机与焙烘机烘房内的瞬时温差和各点位置温差,并保证烘房内温度变化为±1℃,这样可以大幅度减少染色布的前后色差和左中右色差,并可提高印染产品的质量和产量。

Abstract:The composition and characters of injection and suction flow were discussed in circulating heat supply system with heat-conducting oil. The construction and operation of gas-phase heat supply system and liquid-phase heat supply system were analyzed. The energy consumption cost of heat setting machine and curing machine was listed, using various fuels and heat supply methods. The usable method and matters needing attention were provided for single and multiple heat setting machine of liquid-phase heat supply system. The temperature control and circulating system resistance drop of heat-conducting oil in heat setting machine were investigated by liquid-phase central heating process for printing and dyeing industry. The compositions and key technologies of natural and forced circulation in gas-phase heat supply system were summarized. Meanwhile, the composition and technical requirements of open and closed cycle system with heat-conducting oil were researched. The output temperature stability of circulating heat supply system with heat-conducting oil was discussed. Intelligent control was adopted to automatically adjust the flow of heat transfer oil, so as to reduce the instantaneous temperature difference and the temperature difference of each point in the drying room between the heat setting machine and the baking machine, and ensure that the temperature in the drying room was controlled within ± 1 ℃. In this way the front-back and left-middle-right color differences were significant reduced, improving the quality and production of printing and dyeing products.
