| 摘 要： | 将酸性固色剂DM-2537应用于锦/氨纶织物的固色,探讨了固色剂用量、固色温度、固色时间等因素对固色效果的影响,得到DM-2537的最佳固色工艺:DM-25373%(omf),固色温度70~80℃,固色时间20 min。将其应用于实际生产中,结果表明,DM-2537具有固色效果好、色变小、不产生固色斑的特点。

| Abstract: | The effects of the dosage of fixing agent,fixing temperature and fixing time on the fixing effect were discussed by using acid fixing agent DM-2537 in the fixing of nylon spandex fabric.The optimal color fixation process for DM-2537 was obtained as follows:DM-25373%(omf),color fixation temperature 70~80℃,color fixation time 20 min.The results showed that DM-2537 had the characteristics of good color fixation effect,little color change and no solid spot in practical process. |
