分散染料/P(St-BA-MAA)复合微球结构生色墨水的制备及应用

摘    要:以黑色分散染料/聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸)P(St-BA-MAA)]复合微球分散液为主体配制结构生色墨水,再利用数码喷印方式直接施加于白色纺织品上,经自组装构筑光子晶体生色结构。优化墨水中复合微球的质量分数,调控墨水的表面张力和pH,并表征喷印自组装所得光子晶体的生色效果。结果表明:当分散染料/P(St-BA-MAA)复合微球质量分数为2.5%~2.7%,表面张力调节剂异丙醇质量分数为0.1%~0.2%,pH=5~9时,可制备得到适宜结构的生色墨水;经数码喷印得到的光子晶体生色结构图案色彩鲜艳明亮且虹彩明显,在同一观察角度下,随喷印墨水中微球粒径的增大,结构色遵循红移规律。

Abstract:Black disperse dye/poly(styrene-butyl acrylate-methacrylic acid)P(St-BA-MAA)]composite microsphere dispersion was used as the main body to prepare structural coloration ink,and then applied directly to the white textile by digital inkjet printing to construct the photonic crystal chromogenic structure by self-assembly.The mass fraction of composite microspheres inink was optimized,the surface tension and pH were regulated,and the coloration of photonic crystals were investigated.The results showed that when the mass fraction of disperse dye/P(St-BA-MAA)composite microspheres was 2.5%~2.7%,the mass fraction of surface tension modifier isopropanol was 0.1%~0.2%and pH=5~9,a suitable structural coloration ink could be prepared.The photonic crystal chromogenic structure pattern obtained through digital inkjet printing was of bright color,and the iridescence was obvious.At the same observation angle,as the microsphere particle size in the inkjet printing ink increased,the structural color followed the redshift law.
