摘    要:提出了一种基于主成分分析(PCA)的光谱自动分离算法,该算法能够通过对光谱的采样分析实现连续光谱和特征光谱的自动分离.首先给出了基于穷举搜索的周期采样法和基于剔除法的采样法;其次,分离得到火焰的连续辐射光谱后,利用基于灰性判断的双色法计算火焰的温度和发射率;最后,开展生物质压缩颗粒的燃烧实验,采集火焰的可见光波段辐射光谱,研究碱金属(Na、K)辐射强度、燃烧温度和燃烧工况之间的关联性.

Abstract:In this paper,an automatic spectral separation algorithm based on principal component analysis(PCA)was proposed,by which the continuous and characteristic spectra were separated automatically through sampling analysis.Firstly,a periodic sampling method based on exhaustive search and a sampling method based on culling were given.Secondly,the flame temperature and spectral emissivity were calculated using the twocolor method based on the gray body assumption with the separated continuous radiation spectrum.Finally,a combustion experiment on compressed biomass particles was carried out to collect the visible radiation spectrum of the flame,and the relationship between the radiation intensity of alkali metal(i.e.,Na and K),combustion temperature and combustion conditions was investigated.
