| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是我们党执政治国理念的重大创新，是实现我们党执政历史使命的伟大战略任务，同时也是对建设中国特色社会主望理论的充实、完善和发展。改革是构建社会主义和谐社会的基本动力，这既是我们党和国家对长期积累的历史经验教训的深刻总结，也是现实社会主义发展状况的必然逻辑。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist harmonious society is an important innovation in the CPC's concept of governance of a country,a great strategic task to realize the CPC's historical mission,and the enrichment,perfection and development of the theory of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Reform is the basic motive for the construction of socialist harmonious society,which is both the profound summary of historical experience and lessons accumulated by the Party and our country,and the inevitable logics in the real state of socialist development. |
