调速型液力耦合器在电站锅炉风机的应用

摘    要:三河电厂二期工程2X300MW机组一次风机和引风机配备了两种不同结构的调速型液力耦合器。文章通过对调速型液力耦合器的滑差损失和工作油回路进行分析,比较了这两种不同结构液力耦合器的工作油温特性。还对液力耦合器在运行过程中出现的各种问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:The primary fans and the induced draft fans of 2 × 300 MW units in the phase 2 in Sanhe Power Generation Co. Ltd. are equipped with 2 kinds of governor hydraulic coupler with different structure, this article compares the characteristics of working oil temperature of the two kinds of governor hydraulic coupler by analyzing the slip loss and the working oil circuit, and discussed the diverse problems appeared in the operation of the governor hydraulic coupler.
