摘    要:用显微成像系统采集血涂片图像。分类统计白细胞、网织红细胞,实现药理实验的辅助分析。分析了光电成像系统的离焦模糊和噪声,建立了图像退化模型,并通过自适应增强和解卷积去模糊的方法提高了分析系统的性能。完成了复杂背景图像中单个细胞的检出,形态特征的提取,BP分类器的设计。测试表明,药理参数偏差不超过正负5%。

Abstract:Blood smear image is sampled with microscopic imaging system. White blood cell and reticular cell are classified and added up to realize aid analysis for pharmacological experiments. Defocusing fuzziness and noise of the electro-optical imaging system are analyzed. Image degradation model is established. The performance of the analysis system is improved through adaptive enhancement and deblurring with deconvolution. The detection of single cell, extracting of morphological features in complex background image and design of BP sorter are finished. Testing shows pharmacological parameter errors are not more than 5%.
