锦屏一级水电站原材料特性及对策研究

摘    要:锦屏一级水电站工程所用大理岩人工砂部分石粉含量超出了规范要求,粗骨料中含有较多的锈染骨料、锈面石、大理岩、板岩骨料。在对混凝土性能研究的基础上,推荐了骨料生产中各种颗粒含量的控制标准,并通过优化加工工艺,使骨料质量稳步改善,达到既保证混凝土性能又节约成本的目的,保证了锦屏一级水电站大坝混凝土的质量。

Abstract:The stone powder content of the manufactured marble sand used in Jinping I Hydropower Station exceeds the re-quirement of the regulation. There are too many rusty aggregate, rusty stone, marble and slate aggregate in the coarse aggregate. On the basis of the study on concrete property, the content control standard of various particles is recommended. The quality of the aggregate is improved through optimizing the manufacturing technique, which can ensure the property of the concrete and save the cost. So, the concrete quality of Jinping I Hydropower Station is guaranteed.
