摘    要:为探讨高湖蓄滞洪区运行与浦阳江流域防洪的响应关系,通过建立二维水动力模型,分析了浦阳江宽胖型洪水过程中高湖滞洪闸不同泄洪总量和不同泄洪方式组合对浦阳江沿程洪水位的影响。研究结果表明:在不同泄洪总量工况时,上游进口-湄池河段各典型位置在"均匀变化"泄洪方式作用下的洪峰水位均最低,先增后减"和"逐渐减小"泄洪方式作用下的洪峰水位变化较小;随着泄洪总量的增大,"均匀变化"与这2种泄洪方式作用下洪峰水位差值则随着增大,其中,泄洪总量为1 500万m~3和2 500万m~3时,各典型位置的洪峰水位差值范围分别为0.03~0.07 m和0.05~0.11 m;"先增后减"泄洪方式能保证洪水第2 d具有较低的水位,而其他2种泄洪方式在洪水第2 d的水位变化过程则基本重合。研究结果可为浦阳江洪水调控提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to investigate the response relationship between Gaohu flood retarding basin operation and flood control of Puyang River, 2D hydrodynamic model is established to analyze the influence of different flood discharge amount and operation mode of Gaohu Lake sluice on the flood water level along the Puyang River for smooth flood process. The results show that the flood peak water levels at the typical positions in the reach of upstream entrance to Meichi of Puyang River are the lowest when flood release process varies evenly and the variations of flood peak water levels are relatively smaller when flood release increases first and then decreases or gradually decreases; with the increase of flood discharge amount, the difference of flood peak level between evenly varied discharging process and the later two discharging processes increase, in which, when the flood discharge amount are 15 million m3 and 25 million m3, the differences of flood peak level at the typical positions are 0.03~0.07m and 0.05~0.11m, respectively; for the flood release mode of first increase and then decrease, the flood water level is the lowest on the second flood day and the flood water level variations for another 2 flood release modes are basically the same. The analysis results can provide references for flood control of Puyang River.
