山洪灾害评价方法研究

摘    要:山洪灾害评价是实施山洪灾害防治的重要理论基础。以山西省兴县张家坪村为例进行山洪灾害评价方法研究。主要改进了山洪灾害评价的计算方法,其中河道纵横断面资料由实测而得,设计洪水分别采用流域模型法、推理公式法、经验公式法3种方法计算,并优选出流域模型法,采用洪峰流量反推临界雨量进行雨量预警。推算出的临界雨量与实际降雨量进行比较,证实了研究方法的合理性。研究成果对于无历史资料地区山洪灾害评价具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Mountainous flood disaster evaluation is an important theoretical foundation for disaster prevention and control.Taking Zhangjiaping Village, Xingxian County, Shanxi Province as an example, this paper improves the calculation method of mountainous flood disaster evaluation.The river cross section data was measured.Design flood are calculated respectively by three methods of watershed model, deduction formula and empirical formula.By comparing these three methods, the river basin model is optimized.The early warning for critical rainfall is inversely deduced by peak discharge.Compared with the actual rainfall, the calculated rainfall is reasonable.This study has a guiding significance for the evaluation of mountainous flood disaster in the area without historical data.
