摘    要:锦屏一级水电站大坝为世界上已建最高混凝土双曲拱坝,坝址区昼夜温差大,料源骨料性能欠佳,对混凝土施工的温控防裂提出了更高要求。介绍了最严格的混凝土施工温控标准,包括浇筑温度控制、封拱温度控制、温度梯度控制及降温速率控制等。同时对砂石加工系统、骨料运输系统、混凝土生产系统及缆机系统的布置进行了阐述。相关经验可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:At present, Jinping I Hydropower Station dam is the highest concrete double-curvature arch dam in the world. The temperature difference between day and night at the dam site is large and the aggregate property of the concrete materials is not good, which led to higher requirements for concrete temperature control and crack prevention. In this paper, the most stringent temperature control standards are introduced, including concrete pouring temperature control, arch sealing temperature control, temperature gradient control and cooling rate control. Moreover, the layout of sand and gravel processing system, aggregate trans-port system, concrete production system and cable machine system are described. Relevant experience can be referred to similar projects.
