基于“内涝点”的城市防洪排涝模式研究

摘    要:为探究新的城市防洪排涝理念及防洪排涝模式,基于前人积水计算模型研究及城市洪涝灾害特点分析,在对"内涝点"重点治理的城市防洪排涝理念的基础上,建立基于"内涝点"的城市防洪排涝模式。以太原理工大学迎西校区为试验区域,以太原市某次典型降雨为算例,对所建积水计算模型进行验算。结果表明:使用模型计算得到的"内涝点"积水深度和积水历时均与实测资料符合,由此验证了模型的合理性。

Abstract:In order to explore new urban flood control and drainage concept and its model, on the basis of the previous studying achievements on waterlogging calculation model and the characteristics analysis of urban flood and waterlogging disaster, according to the concept of the key prevention at water-logging points, we establish a flood control and drainage model based on the "water-logging point" .Taking Taiyuan University of Technology West Campus as the test area and one typical rainfall process in Taiyuan as examples, the established calculation model was verified. The results show that the calculated ponding water depth and evacuation duration are consistent with the measured data, thus the rationality of the model is verified.
