摘    要:锦屏一级水电站三滩砂石加工系统采用选粉机全干法生产工艺,与传统水洗制砂工艺模式相比,干法制砂工艺用水量大幅度降低,不需修建供水系统和污水处理设施,且生产过程中不需要处理大量废水,只需对喷雾降尘用水和打扫卫生冲洗用水进行简单处理即可循环使用,节省了大量资源,也更加利于环保。详细介绍了干法制砂的工艺流程以及生产过程中的出现问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。工程实践表明:在采用干法制砂工艺后,成功解决了锦屏工程原状砂级配差和石粉含量高的问题,为水电工程人工制砂探索了新路。

Abstract:The dry method is adopted in Santan aggregate processing system in Jinping I Hydropower Station. Compared with the conventional sand manufacturing method by washing, the water consumption of the dry method is reduced significantly. So, the water supply system and sewage treatment facilities are not necessary because there is no need for the treatment of a large a-mount of waste water during the manufacturing process. The spray water for dust suppression, and water for cleaning and washing can be recycled after simple treatment, which can save resources and protect environment. The procedures, problems and corre-sponding solutions in the manufacturing process are introduced.
