三峡升船机中控室人机界面的适配性研究

摘    要:升船机中控室人机交互频繁、接口信息密集度高、耦合关系复杂,人机界面的适配性直接影响升船机安全。为进一步提高人机界面适应性,首先针对升船机中控室人机界面组成,依据人机界面指标分类标准,以显示系统、操纵系统、作业空间、工作环境等4个维度甄选适配性评价指标体系;其次根据安全技术规程划分适配性等级,综合运用可拓学理论,确定人机界面适配性的经典域和节域,建立简单关联函数确定权重;最后构建评价指标与适配性等级的关联函数,依据最大关联原则,确定升船机中控室人机界面适配性等级。结果表明:三峡升船机中控室人机界面的总体适配性等级为"良";工作空间适配性等级为"优";而显示系统、操纵系统、工作环境适配性等级为"良",需在后期安全管理中加强薄弱环节的控制。

Abstract:Due to the frequent interactions between human and computer, intensive interface information and complex coupling relationship, the adaptability of the human-machine interface is directly related to the safety of ship lift. Aiming at composing human-machine interface of ship lift ,and according to index classification standard of human machine interface, the evaluation index system of adaptability is built according to four dimensions, namely display systems, operation systems, working space and working environment. The adaptability level is then divided by the safety technical rules, by applying the theory of extenics comprehensively, classic domains and section domains are determined and the weights are determined by establishing a simple correlation function. Finally, the correlation function associated with evaluation indexes and adaptability level are established and according to the principle of maximum relevance, the adaptability level of human-machine interface for the ship lift is determined. The results indicate that the adaptability level of human-machine interface for the central control room of ship lift is evaluated as "good". The adaptability level of working place is rated as "excellent", but the adaptability level of display system, operation system, working environment are "good", so we should strengthen the control of the weak links at later stage of safety management to ensure ship lift safety.
