摘    要:丹江口库区及上游水土保持"十三五"规划的主要任务是减少水土流失,提高水源涵养能力,控制面源污染。在收集区域各县资料的基础上,利用2015年第一次全国地理国情普查数据、高分辨率遥感影像数据、基础地理信息数据及相关专题资料,获取了不同尺度的规划数据。选取人口密度、水资源量、总氮浓度、垦殖指数、坡耕地占耕地比例、林草覆盖率、水土流失面积占总面积比例等指标,采用指标权重综合分析方法,对43个控制单元分区进行排序,并确定了19个控制单元作为水土保持规划布局的重点区域。相关成果为在库区科学规划水土保持项目提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The main objectives of soil and water conservation in Danjiangkou Reservoir area and its upper reaches in the thirteenth five-year plan are mitigating soil and water loss, improving water conservation capacity and controlling non-point source pollution. Based on the information collected from different counties in the study area as well as the data from the first national geographic information census in 2015, high-resolution RS image data, basic geographical information data and materials on special topics, we obtained the planned data in different scales. By selecting the indexes of population density, water resources amount, total Nitrogen concentration, cultivation index, proportion of sloping farmland, forest-grass covering ratio, proportion of soil and water loss area; and then by conducting comprehensive analysis of index weight, we could rank the forty three controlling zones, and determine nineteen control units as the key regions for the water and soil conservation plan. The results provide important basis for scientific planning of soil and water conservation in the reservoir area.
