摘    要:锦屏一级水电站混凝土双曲拱坝坝高为305 m,为世界第一高拱坝,而温控防裂工作是拱坝建设质量控制的关键。受原材料先天不足、结构复杂、坝段少底宽厚、冬季干旱多风等因素影响,特别是特高拱坝的温控要求已经超出了现有的规范,加上温控工作还受到现场混凝土施工干扰的影响,致使施工管理难度极大。为此,锦屏建设管理局成立了专门的温控管理组织机构,制定了温控工作管理制度,建立了完整的温控工作评价体系,组织开发并应用了温度自动化系统,实现了温控工作的专业化、精细化和智能化管理,温度控制的各主要参数合格率都在95%以上,大坝没有发现温度裂缝,促进了锦屏一级特高拱坝优质高效建成。

Abstract:The 305m high concrete double curvature arch dam of Jinping I Hydropower Station is the highest one in the world. The key to quality control of dam construction is temperature control and crack prevention. Due to the inherent deficiency of the raw material, the complex dam structure, the small number of monoliths with large bottom width, and the dry and windy weather in winter, the temperature control management is highly challenging, which is compounded by the fact that temperature control requirements for super high arch dam are more strict than the current specifications and the temperature control is interfered by concrete construction at the dam site. To address the challenges, a temperature control management organization was established, a temperature control management system was formulated, a complete temperature control evaluation system was built, and an au-tomatic temperature control system was developed and applied, realizing professional, accurate and intelligent management for temperature control. The application shows that the main parameters' qualification rate are above 95% and no temperature-in-duced cracks are found in the dam, which facilitates the efficient construction of the high quality super high arch dam.
