云南省“四型”小流域治理模式探讨

"四型"小流域治理模式是顺应生态文明新形势和新常态的需要。根据云南省区域地理区位、水土保持主导功能、主体功能定位等指标,分析提出了云南省水土保持三级区划"四型"小流域治理模式和主要措施类型,并对饮用水源地等重点区域"四型"小流域治理模式和防治方向进行了初步探讨。分析结果对因地制宜做好云南省水土流失防治工作有一定参考价值。

Discussion on governance of "four type" small basins in Yunnan Province

"Four type" small basin governance meets the requirements of new ecological civilization and the China's New Normal.According to geographic location,main soil-water conservation function,main function position etc.,this paper analyzes and puts forward the governance mode of "four type" small basin of Yunnan Province and main measures.We focus on the analysis of governance mode and prevention-control direction of "four type" small basin in important zones like drinking water source zone etc.The analysis results have some reference for the soil-water loss prevention and governance of Yunnan Province according to local condition.
