摘    要:锦屏一级水电站是雅砻江干流下游河段的控制性梯级电站,其双曲拱坝坝高305 m,为已建世界第一高拱坝。工程区山高坡陡、地质条件复杂,工程建设面临高山峡谷区特高拱坝施工布置、复杂地质条件下高陡边坡稳定与处治、复杂地质条件坝基与抗力体处理、特高拱坝高性能混凝土及原材料、特高水头大流量窄河谷泄洪消能与强雾雨防治、特高拱坝优质快速施工、极低强度应力比高地应力条件下大型厂房洞室群围岩大变形控制等前所未有的技术挑战。这些问题通过建设各方的努力成功地得到解决。介绍了锦屏一级水电站工程建设的关键技术和创新性解决方案,以期为今后类似工程问题的解决提供技术借鉴,促进水电工程特高拱坝建设技术发展。

Abstract:Jinping I Hydropower Station is the controlling one in the cascade projects on lower reaches of Yalong River and its 305 m high double curvature arch dam is the highest in the world. The construction area is characterized as high mountain and steep slope, complicated geological conditions and the construction faces a number of technical difficulties, such as construction layout of super high arch dam in high mountain and valley area, high and steep slope stability and treatment under complicated geological conditions, dam foundation and abutment treatment under complicated geological conditions, energy dissipation of su-per high head large flood discharge and strong foggy rain treatment in narrow river valley, concrete and raw material performance for super high arch dam, high quality and quick construction of super high arch dam, impoundment safety of super high arch dam of 300 m,surrounding rock mass deformation control of large-type underground powerhouse cavern group under extra low strength-stress ratio and high geostress conditions etc. These technical difficulties were successfully solved through the co-effort of all related constructors. This paper presents the key technical issues and innovative solutions in the construction to provide technical reference for the similar projects and promote the technical progress of super high arch dam construction of hydropower project.
