2016年长江流域洪涝灾情探析

2016年长江流域入汛早，暴雨频发。受强降雨影响，长江流域多条河流发生超警戒水位以上洪水，部分支流发生超保证乃至超历史洪水。洪涝灾害频繁发生，多地重复受灾，基础设施水毁严重，防汛抗灾形势一度异常复杂、严峻。重点总结了2016年长江流域洪涝灾情,并分析了抗灾应对情况及成效，其相关工作经验将对做好今后长江流域防汛工作提供良好借鉴。

Disaster analysis of 2016 flood in Changjiang River basin

Due to frequent rainstorms, the Changjiang River basin entered flood season earlier in 2016. Influenced by heavy rains, the water level of several tributaries of Changjiang River surpassed the warning water level, and some tributaries even exceeded guaranteed and historical flood water level. The Changjiang River basin suffered flood disasters repeatedly, causing serious damages to infrastructures and severe flood control situation. We summarize the flood disaster situation in 2016, and analyze the effects of flood control actions. The related experiences could provide good references for the flood control work of Changjiang River basin in future.
