乌江梯级水库群“2014.07”洪水防洪调度影响研究

摘    要:选取乌江梯级水库群为研究对象,通过乌江"2014.07"洪水防洪调度的实例,分析探讨了乌江梯级水库调度对下游防洪影响程度。2014年7月,乌江流域4个主要防洪控制断面发生了20~150 a一遇洪水。经水库群联合调度,各水库还原后入库洪水的峰现时间比天然洪水提前约15~24 h,入库洪峰增加约13%~30%,水库削峰率约为31.3%~45.8%,思南、沿河、彭水、武隆等4个防洪控制断面20~150 a一遇洪水被削减到4~10 a一遇。分析结果说明乌江梯级水库群防洪调度效果较好,可以供乌江流域梯级防洪调度参考。

Abstract:In July, 2014, the 4 main flood control sections in Wujiang River encountered big flood.To analyze the flood control effect under co-regulation of the cascade reservoirs on Wujiang River to the downstream flood protection objects, the flood reduction calculation of the reservoirs is conducted.The calculation results showed that the peak time of reduced reservoir inflow floods were 15 to 24 hours ahead of the natural floods and the peaks of reservoir inflow floods increased by 13% to 30% with flood peak cut by 31.3% to 45.8%, 20 to 150 year frequency floods at Sinan, Yanhe, Pengshui and Wulong were cut to 4 to 10 year frequency floods.The analysis results show that the flood control effect of the reservoirs on Wujiang River was satisfactory and the experiences of flood control can be referred to in the future.
