锦屏水力发电厂“一厂两站”运行管理模式及实践

锦屏水力发电厂按照"一厂两站"的模式对锦屏一、二级两座水电站进行运行管理,这种运行管理模式在国内、国际特大型水电厂中尚属首创。经过几年的探索,锦屏水力发电厂在队伍建设、运行管理、检修维护、成本控制以及文化建设等方面进行了大胆的创新和实践,积累了一些切实可行的经验。对电站的基本情况、"一厂两站"运行管理的创新实践及其实施过程中应当遵循的体系和采取的措施等方面作了简单介绍,其经验可对其他类似电厂的运行管理提供一定的借鉴与参考。

The management mode of"one power plant and two stations" applied in the operation and management of Jinping I and Jinping II Hydropower Stations is the first in the operation of large power plants at home and abroad. After years of explora-tion, innovations were practiced by Jinping Hydropower Plant in terms of team establishment, operation and management, mainte-nance, cost control and cultural construction and some experiences are gained. The basic situation, innovative practice of "one power plant and two stations", the system to be obeyed during its implementation as well as the measures are introduced. The ex-periences can be referred to other power plants.
